Who we are
Above & Beyond Janitorial, Inc. is a family-owned commercial janitorial business based in Hayden, Idaho, operating since 1997. This privacy policy applies to aboveandbeyondjanitorialservice.com and any quotes or communications you initiate through it.
What we collect
The quote form on this site collects information you submit: your name, email, phone, facility type, size, cleaning frequency, and any optional notes. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers at this time. We do not collect anything else automatically beyond standard web-server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) which our hosting provider retains for security and abuse prevention.
Why we collect it
To respond to your quote request, schedule a walkthrough, and write a fixed-price scope. We do not use your information for marketing, do not sell, share, or rent it to third parties, and do not enroll you in any list or newsletter.
How submissions are handled
The form submission is delivered to abovejanitorial@hotmail.com via a third-party form-handling service (Formspree). Formspree temporarily processes and stores the message contents per their own privacy policy. Email delivery and storage thereafter follows Microsoft Outlook/Hotmail's terms.
Retention
We keep quote-related correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the service you asked about, plus our standard business records retention. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies at this time. Embedded third-party content (such as the Google Maps iframe on the service-area section) may set its own cookies governed by Google's privacy policy. If we add analytics in the future, this notice will be updated and a cookie banner added where required by law.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your rights
To request a copy or deletion of any submission you've sent us, email abovejanitorial@hotmail.com from the address you originally used. If you reside in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (such as the CCPA, CPRA, or GDPR), the same email is the contact point for any access, correction, or deletion request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
